Pumpkin Cinnamon Buns

Dough

• 1 cup of warm milk

• 2 1/4 teaspoons of instant dry yeast

• 1 whole egg, 1 egg Yolk

• 1/3 cup of melted butter

• 1/3 cup of sugar 

• 1 teaspoon of salt

• 4 cups of bread flour (May need more for dusting)

• 2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice 

Pumpkin filling 

• 1 cup of pumpkin purée 

• 1/2 cup of brown sugar 

• 2 teaspoons of cinnamon 

• 1/4 cup of softened butter 

Maple Cream Cheese Frosting

• 8 oz of cream cheese (softened)

• 1 teaspoon of vanilla

• 1 1/2 cups of sifted powdered sugar

• 1 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin spice 

• 1/4 cup of maple syrup
